We offer a 2-year warranty service from the date of purchase.

We stand behind the POD with a simple promise:
if it fails, we’ll repair or replace it.

Built for real use in demanding environments, the POD is tough, reliable, and designed for big walls—whether you’re belaying, sitting, resting, or even sleeping on it.

It’s not indestructible. Damage caused by misuse—such as stepping on it with crampons or puncturing it with sharp objects (including cactus)—is not covered.
